Prime logistics rents rose to €75–80/m²/yr nationally, with Brussels commanding the top at €80, the Antwerp A12/E19 axis at €68, Liège at €65 and Charleroi the most affordable at €50. Prime yields compressed to 4.75–4.90% and vacancy remains low — around 4.7% nationally and 3.41% on the core Antwerp–Brussels axis. Q1 2026 take-up reached 362,000 m².
